DraftPilot Community Update - AI playbook builder

Hi all!

Just a quick update that for DraftPilot beta testers we have just released a new AI playbook builder feature.

It enable you to generate a first draft of a playbook for use with third party paper within seconds.

There are two options:

• AI Generated (generic): the AI generates the playbook based on what it thinks is standard

• AI Generated (inspired by your template): the AI generates the playbook based on your own template.

The second option is useful for if you do have your own template, but you want a playbook for situations where you need to contract on third party paper (i.e. your counterparty rejects using your template).

The AI will take the positions in your template and include them in the playbook (alongside your template wording).

Want to beta test?

We still have room for 2 or 3 more beta testers. Ideally in-house lawyers.

This is what it involves:

• A free 3-month license to DraftPilot for you and your team
